In the midst of roof repair, local church found out their was structural damage to trusses that held up the roof. The church's architectural engineering advised us that the roof was in danger of collapsing.
Reviewing the church's property coverage in their master policy, Resolution Dynamics' professional determined that the policy's coverage and case law on "collapse" was sufficiently broad to cover the "hidden damage." After reviewing the architectural reports, hiring a wood expert, Ms. Lewis was able to convince the insurance carrier that that the hidden damage to the roof truss system was covered under our property portion of the policy. We were able to recover our costs for the remediation and reinforcement of the roof truss system.
